As a reference for small molecule near-infrared fluorescence labeling, it can be used to optimize the in vivo imaging experimental conditions of arginine modified peptides. By indirectly reflecting the activity of intracellular nitric oxide synthase through changes in fluorescence signals, visual monitoring of the NO generation process can be achieved.
